Technology specialist Finding Friday will be exhibiting for the first time at World Travel Market London 2016, highlighting its customer relationship marketing (CRM) platform called Travelitics.
Finding Friday specialises in data and CRM for the travel and leisure sector and has 10 years of experience helping firms with their sales and marketing plans.
The London-based firm can also integrate CRM with “proximity marketing”, which uses location technology to send marketing messages to customers’ portable devices, in spaces such as airports, cruise ships and theme parks.
Finding Friday recently used this technology at Glasgow Airport to transmit targeted messages to travellers on their mobile devices, including retail and refreshment vouchers.
This proximity marketing technology has been shortlisted in Technological Innovation category of the Travolution Awards, which will be announced on November 29.
